As part of TDIC’s Desert Islands project, Sir Bani Yas, the largest natural island of the U.A.E. is being developed to a center of eco-tourism. The Anantara Beach Resort & Spa is the first hotel project on the island and has beautifully landscaped gardens.

Zeoplant had been requested by the landscape architects LMS International in the design stage and the contractor Emirates Landscape applied it during the landscaping works according to Zeoplant’s recommended rates.

This is Zeoplant’s first project for TDIC, a high reputable client who is also the master developer of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. TDIC is probably the most serious developer in the Middle East when it comes to sustainable and environmental friendly construction. Zeoplant is extremely happy to have TDIC as client for this, but also for upcoming projects like Qasr Al Sarab and others.
